Two-component polyurethane adhesive for artificial grass. It generates strong, flexible joints. Highly resistant to mechanical strain and moisture.
Moisture curing adhesive ideal for semi-structural bonding: concrete, stone, fiber, cement, wood, metal, artificial grass, rubber, certain plastics, glass, rigid, foam, etc.
Application:
- Substrate should be dry, clean, firm, dust and grease free.
- If necessary sand or grid and clean the substrate with a solvent cleaner.
- Mix the two components and stir well.
- Follow the proportion of the packaging.
- The drying time of the mixed components depends on the environment temperature. The higher the temperature, the shorter drying time.
- Apply the adhesive in one surface and bring the surfaces together.
- Use some pressure between the surfaces to bond during curing, specially in joints.
- Clean with acetone while the mix is still fresh.
- Keep in a dry and cool area. Avoid contact with humidity.
Drying time: Allow 10-12 hour drying time before foot traffic.
Curing time:Full curing takes several days. For temperatures below 10ºC, curing time will be longer.
